Apple Cobbler

day (???) quarantine baking !! beautiful day out to stay inside !! again !!

would like to thank Tina making apple crisp at 1am for the inspiration. also sorry mom for not using your recipe.

filling:

  • 7ish apples (i had small ones so basically just guess based on how big your baking tray is going to be) cut however
  • .5 cup white sugar
  • 1tbs flour or to coat
  • bit of lemon juice
  • cinnamon
  • salt

topping:

  • butter (for baking dish)
  • 1 cup flour
  • .5 cup sugar
  • cinnamon / salt
  • 3.4 milk (used vanilla almond milk… but do you)

when preheating the oven – put butter in the baking dish to melt

** preheat oven to 375… will cook for approx 35-40 minutes depending on the baking dish you used
