ingredients *also this is usually doubled
- 1.23 cups flour
- 1.2 tsp. baking power
- 1.4 tsp baking soda
- 1.2 tsp salt… ish … also if you’re using salted butter you’re probably fine without this
- 1 cup sugar or less
- 1.2 cups butter … soft or melted is fine you do you
- 2 eggs
- 1.4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 3.4 cups vanilla almond milk
- vanilla extract AND seeds if available / not broke bc shits expensive
frosting *i am halving the OG recipe bc there is always WAY too much for the amount of cupcakes this recipe makes
- .5 cup butter
- 3 cups icing sugar… or more or less
- heavy cream … again or half an half we’re being healthy out here
- vanilla extract / the vanilla bean seeds if aforementioned criteria is met (not broke)
