Biscotti

SO basically… you can do whatever you want with this information. I’m still figuring this one out if we’re being honest. All measurements are approximate. Fully burnt them last time. Almost set the house on fire. Cheers.

Ingredients:

  • 2ish cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking power
  • .5 cup sugar
  • however much cinnamon you’re feeling
  • 1 egg
  • .5 cups COLD butter
  • 1/4 cups whole milk… or half and half honestly doesn’t really matter
    • EDIT: MY DUMB ASS THOUGHT WHOLE MILK WAS LIKE 20% CREAM IT IS NOT … but coffee creamer also works HA FUCK
  • splash of vanilla
  • whatever fun stuff you want to put in… again – we’re really just eyeballing it here
  • BUT // candied ginger, cranberry and walnuts are a fan fav at any beer pong tourney one finds themselves hosting
  • ALSO white chocolate macadamia nut is fire – and PSA don’t give the job of chopping to a boy – they suck at it.

Pro Tips because I think we can all figure out what order these ingredients needs to go in…

  • use cheese shredder on the cold butter when mixing it into the flour mixture for best results

from what I can remember…. cook at 350 for approximately 20 minutes to begin… after this cut them into actual biscotti pieces and put in oven again for another 20-25 ish minutes… then place on baking sheet and hope your housemates don’t get mad at the copious amounts of flour in the kitchen

ta-da you now have biscotti
